Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Natrel caramel coffee creamer
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/4 cup Natrel fine-filtered milk
Variation
You can substitute the xanthan gum and the sugar with 1 tablespoon of vanilla instant pudding mix and 2 tablespoons of instant milk powder.
Tip
Xanthan gum is available in small packages at most grocery stores. You can usually find it in the organic foods section.
Preparation
- Pour the creamer and the milk into the ice cream maker container.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and the xanthan gum.
- Add the sugar–xanthan gum mixture to the ice cream maker container.
- Blend well using an immersion blender for 1 minute.
- Freeze for at least 24 hours.
- To make the ice cream, remove from the freezer.
- Press the Ice Cream button.
- Press the re-spin button.
- Add your favorite toppings!
